rainbow mommy:
hi all PSLE moms,
Hello rainbow mommy, believe you are also a PSLE mom. This is my 2nd and last PSLE.
Went through a round of it 2 years back. However, can't compare as ds and dd are totally different. How about you? Finished the SA1s? -
SpartanMum:
Hello SpartanMum, at least your ds said \"Very hard\".Tmr is the last day of exams for us.
DS standard reply to how every paper was \"Very hard\"
No matter what though, this weekend and next 2 weeks, I am not going to go after him.
Enjoy the short break everyone!
Better than my dd's \"ok\". Beginning of this week, when I asked dd how's her HMT paper. She said \"ok\" as usual and then added in a barely audible voice \"ok can be anything\". :faint: -

Does anyone know if its common for schools to engage external vendors to coach students for PSLE ?
I have not heard about this from my DS. So far have not seen any parent consent form issued by School about this. -
randwick:
\"ok\" is a good ambiguous answer. My kids learn that long ago and have been using that. DH's analogy is: If they tell mummy \"hard / difficult\", mummy will want to know what questions that are difficult. If they tell mummy \"easy\", mummy's expectation will go up and if come back later with low score, mummy will be saying \"Easy paper still score badly!!!\".

Homework free day for today and tomorrow :rahrah:
You know, that sounds really deprived. I tot with SA1 over, it should be homework free for the rest of the term. :rahrah: -

i think we all need time out. not doing anything is a luxury.
I think watching movies can be therapeutic. That, and eating popcorns.

i know for sure there are some of us who can't possibly afford such a privilege of not having contact with work/revision done until the end of term 2.
