i think we all need time out. not doing anything is a luxury.

Last paper tomorrow... DS asked if he can totally \"hands-off\" for 2 weeks after SA1... asked him what is \"hands-off\" since his school quite slack for these 2 terms except for countable homework and I didn't load him assessments other than 2-3 past year papers before SA1... he gave me the grin... \"can play computer and ipad after school till sleeping time?\" :stompfeet:

I much rather my kid read books, go outdoor to play, do some physical exercise, etc. instead of playing computer and ipad. This young generation too \"addicted\" to computer games.
Agree. If my ds can have his way, it will be ipad games till sleeping time too. Physical exercise is important for the mind. It's so stifling to be cooped up at home for revision for long hours and we try to break this by getting the kids to go for walks to get breakfast etc even if cant do much exercise during exam period

Go for a run! Followed by movie. Your gal will love it!

Btw what does she do during Chinese lessons? Could she go to the library and zen?
It depends on what time the MT lessons are. If first 2 periods of the day, then she will do either English or science (my work). If MT is middle of the day, then she will do homework given from the earlier lessons...this way, she will have less to do at home.

Yay! P6 SA1 officially over! :rahrah:

DD told me earlier that someone doing P6 Std Science got 60/60 for Science MCQ! I would be happy if dd can score 50/60! The difficult to score part is usually in the Open Ended Qs. After half mark deducted here and half mark deducted there, not many marks to add up in the end! Sigh.
