I now go to Jelita Shopping Mall. There is a KCuts at level 2, $10 per cut. I need a haircut every 2 to 3 weeks. -

There's a chain called \"Snip Avenue\" that always has it's basic cuts for $3.80. There are quite a few in HDB estates. -
Yes, there is an outlet in BB west. Dh goes there for his hair cut.
