Submission of PV for children born in the year 2011 was last year (2015).Anyone got into PV for River Valley primary school for children born in the year 2011? Any updates when they might contact the parents?
Or anyone aware how the PV in river valley works? Do they call often or parents have to keep following up?
Successful applicants would have been notified by September last year. -
You r right, I believe I received a call too but since then no more news so wondering has the PV work started or not and if any parents from earlier years know how the clocking of hours work…
Would be grateful if anyone can share their experience on PV at RVPS cos I’m totally clueless as first child… -
Hi parents,
If you are worried about the balloting and still are not sure where to place your kid, you may want to consider attending the open house of this school.
Farrer Park Primary School is having an Open House on 23 July, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sign up via the following link http://tinyurl.com/fppsopenhouse2016
Farrer Park Primary is one of the few primary schools awarded both the Applied Learning Programme (iDREAM) and Learning for Life Programme (iCARE). :rahrah:

YOur child is born in 2011? RVPS office clerk will call you soon. I used to do PV for the school but decided to stop coz changing school due to proximity from new home. They will call you in July (expect their call soon) OR most of the time, by email. When the email comes, grab the slots to do PV asap. Meaning, reply their email asap. First come, first served. From JUly onwards to the following year(the year your child needs to register),every month or so they have some events whereby they will need PVs.You r right, I believe I received a call too but since then no more news so wondering has the PV work started or not and if any parents from earlier years know how the clocking of hours work..
Would be grateful if anyone can share their experience on PV at RVPS cos I'm totally clueless as first child..
Hope this helps.
Btw,the clerk who was in charge last year can be a bit blur(probably due to busy-ness) so you can try calling the office to check on PV work. -
Thanks! Yes born in 2011.

So far the only school in the central cluster that is oversubscribed is ACSJ. Good news for parents applying in phase 2B to all the other schools. This could translate to more places in 2c if no more new applicants today.

Best is to call the Sch admin & ask politely. U might get an answer.... -
As of now, RVPS has a total of 76 registrations. 51 are SC within 1km.

I called RVPS yesterday at 5:30pm but the final numbers were not ready.
Does anyone happen to have the final breakdown?
