For A* scholarship, if you don’t take H3, 4 Science H2 are required.
-
In my opinion, 4 H2 subjects can weigh a ton load on a JC1 student. Bear in mind that there’s PW which is very time consuming as much research is needed. If there is mother tongue, it only adds up to the work load. Only take 4 H2 if you have a strong interest in the subjects or probably aiming for scholarships. Do consider wisely

However, since scholarships are competitive, anything which boosts the candidate's profile might help. It's an indication that the student is capable of that level of academic work, if nothing else.ngl2010:
Is H3 a 'requirement' for scholarships? Have you heard any scholarship recipients who did not take H3?
No, H3 is not a requirement for scholarships. -

4 Science H2s? So it's BPCM + 1 contrasting H1 subject? -

BCME is a heavy combination esp B&C
How about PCME? Is it manageable? -
TTBCOOL:
Lots of students take PCME and BCME, so I would say both are manageable. But it depends on the interest of the student as well. If you like the subject and can do well in it, how 'heavy' the subject is takes second place.pirated:

It depends on the student. Many students cope fine, but there are surely some who don't.pirated:

Comparing Further Mathematics and Physics, may I know which one is less content heavy and easier to score if let say the student has the same interest in both?TTBCOOL:
