Very unlikely. Geographically, Ai Tong has a large uninhabited landmass (aka MacRitchie Reservoir) within its catchment. Plus, Ai Tong has one of the largest intake for primary school (330) close to mature estates (Bishan, Ang Mo Kio). Unless there's a sudden increase in babies*, hard to see that happening for P2A1.

* The Dragon year intake is going to be interesting, as is the Jubilee babies intake.

i will need to register my girl 2 years from now...
i understand that ATS does not accept anymore PV... in this case, how can i contribute to increase my chance of entering my girls into ATS?

I am staying between 1-2KM from ATS.


Another school of thought is to send my girls back to my old school which is Kuo Chuan Pres Pri...

any suggestions?

You are too late to apply as a grassroot leader. Probably too late to apply to join the clan as well (assuming either you or your spouse is a Hokkien). Therefore, Phase 2B is not an option any more.

Your only option is Phase 2C but based on your current place of residence, it's not an option since Ai Tong ballot <1km in Phase 2C. You can shift house to within 1km but that only guarantee a chance at the ballot but no guarantee.

The best recommendation would be to stick to KCPPS under Phase 2A.
