        Jennifer:

        You not using ear plugs?

I started using them, on some mornings, hubby has to wake me up as I could not hear my alarm clock ringing.

It is not just the snoring but also his tossing and turning. Can't suggest separate bed or room hor. Mr Sensitive will start a storm brewing. Anyways, I am one who does not need that much sleep.

Hubby did not like the idea of sleeping in separate rooms too. But after a few times of he got awoken up by the ringing of my alarm clock while I slept like a log, he gives in to the idea :rotflmao:

When we were living in Cashew Heights, we custom made the bed box, very sturdy, can't feel much tossing movements. Now we are sleeping on a 4legged bed which I do not like as I can feel his movements. Told him I want to change the bed.

Am a light sleeper; any movement, noise will wake me up.

Wish I can ask doc to prescribe me sleeping pills and then I can sleep soundly throughout.
            Dh sleeps like a log.

Maybe use individual pocketed spring mattress? We had one before. I couldn’t feel anything when DH toss and turn.

It had its drawback too. I felt very stress whenever DS slept with us when he was a toddler. I can't feel his movement so I kept checking on him at night! 😓

I will take antihistamine the drowsy kind

if really can’t sleep after lying down for 2 hours

But better consult your doctor 1st lah, don’t self medicate

For me, I have a collection of different antihistamines because of hives and itch so I know my medicine and its effect

                        What is next to watch?

it's very addictive once you start watching, especially these older dramas are all uploaded. once i am done with 'presumed accidents', i will not start a new drama in the meantime.

I watch those currently airing ones when I don't have the luxury of time.
As the dramas are uploaded only one episode everyday, my housework still get done , family matters and dd still get attended to and at the same time there's something that I look forward to everyday. 😉
( Need not be watching drama , but I personally think it's good to take some time to do something u like. )
                        我觉得要照顾好自己才能照顾 好你所在意的 人和事。

We just started presumed accident not too long ago. Currently on episode 6 only coz watching with dd (can only watch on weekends) but are enjoying the series so far. 😄
