Maybe use individual pocketed spring mattress? We had one before. I couldn't feel anything when DH toss and turn.

yep pretty good , hardly feel toss n turn movements unless i am still awake

It had its drawback too. I felt very stress whenever DS slept with us when he was a toddler. I can't feel his movement so I kept checking on him at night! 😓

I will take antihistamine the drowsy kind

if really can’t sleep after lying down for 2 hours

But better consult your doctor 1st lah, don’t self medicate

For me, I have a collection of different antihistamines because of hives and itch so I know my medicine and its effect

Am disappointed with the ending of Crime of Passion; it was like cao cao liao shi
            What is next to watch?

it's very addictive once you start watching, especially these older dramas are all uploaded. once i am done with 'presumed accidents', i will not start a new drama in the meantime.

I watch those currently airing ones when I don't have the luxury of time.
As the dramas are uploaded only one episode everyday, my housework still get done , family matters and dd still get attended to and at the same time there's something that I look forward to everyday. 😉
( Need not be watching drama , but I personally think it's good to take some time to do something u like. )
            我觉得要照顾好自己才能照顾 好你所在意的 人和事。

We just started presumed accident not too long ago. Currently on episode 6 only coz watching with dd (can only watch on weekends) but are enjoying the series so far. 😄

I am allergic to many antihistamines, cough mixtures and medicine to clear airway because of an ingredient which causes the heart to speed like F1…then I get very breathless.

for hives, I can only take Zyrtec.

Limited ME time bec abt an hour before I knock off, big boss requested some slides asap. I hate the word asap and told her I would try to get them ready on Sat.

Am thinking what to cook during this wkend instead of the content of the slides.

I have little time to watch tv drama online.

Your bosses seem to delegate assignments on Friday?

                        Starlight,

Your boss doesn't seem to have much EQ...Friday is the end of the work week and she had to give you something to do with a 'asap' :slapshead:
