Hi Manga32,

Thanks for sharing ! Can I ask if the worksheet questions r MCQ or open-ended ?
Are there any experiments done as a team/group or all individual tests ?
Hope you get selected ! All the best to the others too!

[Niharika]

Open ended

Yes they are all experiment based
Most of them individual
One was group

Hi Niharika,

Thanks for the inputs! As expected, the standard is really high for this selection…my Ds prob got a lot (TONS) to catch up if he wants to have a go at this next year.

hi Manga32... thanks a lot for the details... you must have a lot of energy to come back after the tiring day and post on kiasuparents. The second compo was something like a diary entry of an octopus ?

Anyway, all the best to all those who took the test today !!
:xedfingers:

Thanks for everyone who shared. Manga32, u have good memory.

Physics all individual works.
Chemistry & Biology have both individual and group works.
Yes the other compo is diary entry of an octopus.
Physics experiment is the hardest, Chemistry is the most fun.

When will the NUS High DSA Selection Camp results be out? Is there any fixed date like the Selection Test Results or they will send the e-mail anytime?

[Niharika]

The interview is scheduled on 1 August

So the border line candidates , who need to take the interview will be informed before 1 Aug

And for the rest who get co or wl ,
They were informed before mid August last year before the lesson preview and collection of co at nush

[Niharika]

In 2014 the preview was on 16 Aug

And co was emailed on 1 Aug
This year preview on 13 Aug as per the nush website

Thank you. Just curious…May I know about the Kiasu belts. I am currently a Yellow Belt. How can I be leveled up?

[Niharika]

My Guess is : it has to do with the number of posts you contribute to the forum

Just a Guess
