Jus called up 2 schools to check, the numbers they give are inclusive of the online registration as of certain time. So for those who are eager to know, do call up the school to ask, most cases do tell you nicely. Good luck to all! And thanks for all the advices given.

Think the first update at the MOE website for vacancies for Phase 2C will be tonight as today is the official first day of registration at schools (i.e. exclude online registration). It's likely that they will have a cut-off time some time today (maybe 4.30 pm?) for online registration to be included in this evening's update.

So hang in there... You should be able to see the latest information at around 8 pm...
