APS 127 SC within 1km by lunch time today. not sure about now.

Those ALPS 1-2KM should seriously consider withdrawing. Register at another school with a high chance at phase 2C. It is likely that those SC <1km will have to ballot.

Looking at it, ALPS took the heat off RMPS, RMPS went into ballot every year, surprisingly this year the take up rate is lower…
