Haven't been visiting this thread for quite a while and HI EVERYONE! great to \"meet\" you here.

enen - always great to have options isn't it?
          psfong - twins? cool!
sethanon - found this link in other KSP thread earlier http://www.misskoh.com/?.

Summary of my kid's term 1

          - homework - negligible (+ve and -ve depending on parents' expectations). Based on what DS shared with me, class ability range is pretty huge (from 15 marks to 100 marks for same paper).
          - assembly talks cover topics such as diligence and perserverance, self awareness etc. DS is able to narrate the concept shared :celebrate:

          - rotation modular CCAs after school once a week starting term 2 for students to have a taste of various CCAs eg ICT, music etc (with pre-paid lunch organized - thoughtful of them)

          - teachers' blogs are pretty updated

          - my DS form teacher called to check when he forgot to return the papers. & she was able to share with me her observations which were pretty accurate so far - - I thought that was quite a feat given that there were 30 students and not even end of term 1 yet.

            Dear parents,

What is the mother tongue offered?

Is it Chinese and Malay only?

            Please advice.

            Thx

r_tiff2326, believe only Chinese and Malay. Tamil at Canberra I think. Best to call the schools direct to check.

Hi, I will need to enrol my gal (born 2004) into P1 this year and would like to have some feedback on how’s life in Endeavour Pri Sch. Will anyone who have kids in the school share some of their journey?

Endeavour still has exams for P1 kids. Mine just completed his. Noticed the school does prepare the students (& parents) well. They gave out SA1 schedule in advance, provided information on the examinable topics & structure/marks allocation, seen some teachers’ blog reminded students & parents on the common mistakes made plus school gave the students lots of pre-tests & mock papers until I also lost track which is the "real" SA1 marks. Well, if this is the rigourous methodology they applied throughout all levels, think my kid will be in good hands till PSLE.

So far my kid enjoys school . He is also motivated by the current Chinese teacher and kept attempting to learn chinese words and composition with the teacher’s encouragement. Good signs.

                      Hi radiantmum,

Thanks for sharing. I went into the school website and also found that the teachers are constantly updating their blog to keep parents and students posted on the latest findings. I think I will enrol my gal into Endeavour unless she really rejects it
