Is there balloting required for more than 2km applicants?

Not sure, Packard. I think NAPS had 23 SCs in the 1-2km category. I hope that there weren't that many SCs in the 2+km category. Historically, NAPS did not require balloting for SCs but it may be hard to say. Good luck nonetheless!

West Grove all citizens in, PR need balloting. From what I saw on 4:30pm, 30 PRs compete for 14 vacancies.
