Any parents can share what is the homework load? I heard there is alot of homework for RMPS. Thanks.
Once they get into P3, the amount of homework increase. I remembered DS when reach P6 the FT said no need to attend any more tuition classes, the school would prepare you with tons of work for the PSLE.  -

I hope you won't be offended with what I am going to say.Hi all..i m new here..

Err...isn't it a bit late to be asking this question since your girl will be going to the school next year, meaning her application is already over? :scratchhead:
At the end of the day, it depends on your girl's luck what type of teachers she gets. So, just constantly check on her progress - that's all I can say. -
Hi Parents,
Son is born in 2012 and I’m looking at registering him at RMPS.
I do hope to have a well-rounded education for him. How’s the school environment in RMPS? I’m worried that it would be overly focussed on academics.
Also, like to check if anyone has done PV at RMPS?
How to apply and what sort of volunteering activities are you involved in?
I’ve heard that must write a PV proposal. What should I look out for in the proposal?
Are there interviews? If so, what is the interview like?
Feel so stressed about this P1 registration thing.
Thanks! -
Hi all,
My boy is going P1 next year. We received the letter to go for the administrative exercise in Oct. Just a few quick questions.
1. Would we know which class my boy is in on that day?
2. Could we buy the books and uniforms on that very day?
3. Does the school have the school name printed on the socks?
I am still contemplating whether to buy a SPI bag for him. Generally, would they need to bring alot of books to school? Where do you buy your bags and shoes? Thank you in advance. -
Hi Mummies,
If there are any mummies looking for daily coaching or weekly tuition, do drop me a msg, as I intend to have a group class of 2-3 pax on a daily basis.
I'm located just a few blks away from Radin Mas. Currently coaching 2 girls for PSLE

Hi RMPS parents,
May I know if any of you live in the north (or know of other kids in the school)? We live in yishun and quite keen to register in rmps (eligible thru phase 2B). Logistics is the biggest headache though and I think the school bus doesn’t go all the way there. Would be grateful if anyone has similar experience to share. Thanks! -

Wow from Woodlands to RMPS would be extremely challenging consider that RMPS is not situated next to an MRT station.Hi RMPS parents,

Once the kid in P3, he or she may have extra lessons or ECA which need to stay back late, easily like 2/5 in a week. If weak in certain subjects then may have to stay for remedial lessons could stretch the kid to 3/5,4/5 or worst 5/5. You may want to consider other primary schools in Woodlands. -

Frankly speaking, I don't think any other schools in or near Woodlands are that much inferior to RMPS to justify the travelling. Of course, it's your choice. Just bear in mind what titank said above.Hi RMPS parents,

Thanks Titank and qms.. I'm in Yishun [not Woodlands :)] and competition to get in the better ones is quite stiff, which makes it a hard decision to walk away from the near guaranteed spot in RMPS.. grateful for ur advice though.. thanks!
