I remember this time when my DS sat for his PSLE last year. He was so nervous (as parents we could tell), although boys being boys, didn't really show it but manifested in many ways.

He couldn't sleep the entire night for his English oral, slept only 2 hours the night before his Chinese oral and had to go to A&E clinic in one of the hospitals at 1am before sitting for his Chinese written paper about 7 hours later. Understandably, Chinese was and still is his weakest, barely passing it all the time (yep, always 49.5% or 50% for his school exams). Fortunately, all ended well.. he came back with all distinctions, including A*!

So to Mommies and Daddies out there, I know it is a trying time. Have faith in your child, give them a good hug every morning, smile and tell them to just do their best!

My dd chinese results hovers around 85. Pray hard she achieve A*!

No, his school asked them not to bring hp to school during PSLE week.

as i’m sitting in front of the PC, all the memories of my petite daughter flashed in my mind. i can’t imagine how fast time flies. she is still very petite (just like i was at her age). looking at her, it’s hard to believe she is sitting for psle. it has been an intensive 2 years of preparation. her form teacher in p5 taught her all 3 subjects but only science this year. at one point i was really down. i think my worry has been etched on my face no matter how hard i try not to show.
