nope I didn't do PV, DS dad was a old boy. .so he went in via the 2B phrase. .saw from 2015 n this year 2016, those under 2B all went in smoothly. .

my colleague's son who register under 2C with more than 2KM in 2016 also went in without balloting. .

well, it mainly have to look at the number of seats available and also the birth rate for tt particular year. .I know for this year, the birth rate for tiger was really really low. .so tt kind of explains y even 2C also went in smoothly. .

I saw from 2015 stats. .those in 2C went thru balloting last year. .

regarding PV, the school only open PV on certain mths and once year duno how many times or once only. .have to call the school and check on it. .due to over subscribe on PV, not all parents are selected also. .if your are member of COR, chances are higher. .

I m thinking of giving 3buckz daily. .not sure like alot or little. .

tt day bought 1 packet of drink at the canteen already 60 cents. .then my mum ordered some beehoon n sides already 1 plus. .so tt’s like 2buckz almost gone.
