Rejection mail sent from SJI
Me too! Oh well.... -
Can someone advise what is the min Tscore to get for psle when ds already get the CO for sji? :thankyou:
-
Should be express cut off (~200), but we can confirm again during Monday briefing
-
Yeah…better ask on mon.
We can form a parent grp chat since all our ds will be in S1 next yr -
Briefing is mainly about the IB program and snapshot of SJI school life.
There are total 120 students in 4 classes for Y1 2017.
No mentioning about DSA statistics.
Definitely, there are students with multiple CO who may decline the offer.
Keep praying… God is good -
Dear Parents,
I am in doubts now. My son got CO to SJI and Temasek JC. IB versus A levels. I have read a lot about the SJI and a bit worried about the tough curriculum in CCA. Will the students have time to study if most all CCA run 3 times a week and end around 6 pm? Although most all sec schools have this type of schedule, could someone advise, if you still have to send your son to tuition centres to be able to pass the end-year exams?... I am asking that because in primary school my son's the top-students results definitely came out because of out-of-school training and past exam papers...
So, how much do I need to invest in tuition from my side?
and will my son have time after his cca to invest into his tuition studies? :scared:
Thank you

Dear Parents,
Please, also advise, how many times can my son miss school on my excuse note (not MC)? Is it really strict? and what happens if on my Excuse-note, my son will miss school for few days? (We travel a lot… and do different types of activities. In our Primary school excuse notes were enough (on non-exam days) and nobody asked me for more, but I heard from my friend that even in non-top schools in secondary you can have only 5 excuses per year)…
