Zhang Lao Shi was on MC today. Hence, the class was split into different groups, with each group joining other classes.

BTW, my son said that his form teacher will be away next week. Hence, he will be taught by another teacher. Wonder who will teach him. Can teachers go for courses during term time? :?

Also, heard from my son that they are going to do some projects. His teacher has already split the class into ten groups. He's not sure what project it is, though.

My son only brought back his Chinese papers.

All the unit reviews will go towards the 30%

As i understand during the PTM, they will take the best 5 out of the 6 papers to go into the 30% of their total score.

If I am not wrong, it only applies to Chinese. For English, ALL unit reviews will be included.

However, during the orientation, the HOD for English mentioned that the Speech and Drama would also be included. It doesn't seem the case now. :? :scratchhead:

I question my son about the make-up and was upset to learn when he was asked to join another class, they were left to their own devices. He said there were no lessons taught. :x

Well, I just checked with my son's form teacher last week, and she said that all the unit reviews would make up the 30%. I probed further by asking her how many unit reviews there were, and she replied six. Hence, each unit review constitutes 5%. I made this statement, and she replied \"yes\". So, I presume all the unit reviews will go in to the 30% for English and Maths.

As for Chinese, Zhang Lao Shi mentioned that they would choose the best five out of the six unit reviews.
