Zappy how to go about it? Where and from whom do we buy from?
You can go to

Zappy:
Is this the average of 10 years interest? Why not consider the Singapore Savings Bonds.
Average of about 2.44% (Feb issue) over 10 years.
Half yearly interest, so you'd still get something if you decide to pull out some time later.
\"Almost\" capital guaranteed, unless Sg Govt collapse. -
Looks like avg for 10 years…step up interest.

Yep, average for 10 yrs.
For the Feb issue, these are the rates yearly, but this rate is different for every month's issue.

O/T - Just wondering, why none talk about leaving cash with CPF which pays the highest interest. ie. After full-filling the minimun sum (bonus too). ? Can someone enlighten me?

I guess one of the reasons could be unable to withdraw it easily
To maximise the return in cpf, one can consider transferring funds from OA to SA
