If we set up a trust for our child and give one property to him, can we avoid ABSD if we buy another property?
If we sell our child’s property a few years later, can he still get govt’s subsidy if he buys HDB with his fiancé? -

We explored with our conveyance lawyer previously. The property loan must be fully paid up, including funds from CPF plus interest plus stamp duty. If a person(SC) is listed as an essential occupier of a HDB flat but is not the owner, can he/she buy a 1st property w/o paying ABSD? -
I wonder if Clementi Canopy will be selling well… saw their booths at Novena Sq as well as United Sq. Marketing aggressively. Looks interesting and reasonably priced!

I will be interested if it is within walking distance to MRT. Too bad it is quite a distance. Nan Hua Primary School is also > 1 km. Is it still below 2 km? -
