Which school accepts DSA art (except SOTA)?

Those schools that offer Art Elective Programme may be worth a try:

      Victoria School
      National Junior College
      Hwa Chong Institution
      Nanyang Girls High School
      Nanyang Junior College
      CHIJ Secondary (Toa Payoh)
      Bukit Panjang Government High School
      Zhonghua Secondary School

Between NJC and VS, which is better for AEP?

Not sure about VS (so cannot really compare), but my dd's experience with the AEP programme at NJC has been very positive. She has dedicated teachers, a small AEP class cohort, and a myriad of exposure to different mediums, styles, and techniques (including visits to art galleries). Went to their AEP Open studio and saw all cohorts' work. Very impressive. She seems to be enjoying herself in the programme.

Maybe you can go visit both schools' open house and find out more (both from the students and the teachers)?

Both schools offer similar programme and \"better\" is a highly subjective term as a lot also depends on the teachers (who may specialize in different medium) and interest of your child (painting, drawing, pottery, sculpture, performance art, etc). I second mommyNg suggestion to visit both schools to find out more.

Both schools have a fairly long history of being involved in AEP. VS was one of the first 4 AEP secondary schools (the first two being HCI - previously Chinese High - and NYGS, while VS and CHIJ TP came onboard about 2 years after them) offering the subject at O level and NJC was one of the original AEP JC offering the subject at A level.

                Hi, thanks for your sharing.
Any idea when is the open house?
Is there any pre-requisites for AEP?
