Applying skincare is like going for exercise. Get it into ur routine n can continue from there.

Snacking on tomatoes keeps skin looking good too!

Eversince I started exercising daily, skin complexion has been rosy. U guys should try it too instead of relying on makeup to look good.

I agree with you on the above.
Since I started swimming almost daily, I hardly catch a cold or cough.

My hubby has the habit of pointing out poorly maintained ladies to me. Acts as a motivation. Heng he still thinks I look like late 20s. Until today still have ppl promoting wedding packages to us when we go out without kids.

Im the stingy type. Pay for maintenance is enough to push me to go exercise. My girl also energy bunny.

I'm lazy too - I use shower gel to wash my face, Nivea moisturiser/sunblock, and nothing else. Recently, I started using a cream at night which is supposed to reduce pigmentation, but not sure it works. But genes, sleep and a reasonably healthy diet does help.
Better not, as shower gel is generally too acidic for the more delicate skin on our faces. May cause lines to appear earlier

Thanks all 'liang' mommies for the reminder. Sleep is indeed important. I slept early last night. Skincare routine, I m still lazy. I been treating my sleeping mask as all purpose cream. now using 3rd bottle. just slap on face after night face washing using cetaphil cleanser. have not been using toner for a long time :nailbite: eye cream..not even half bottle for past 1.5years :faint: lazy woman hor.

Sleep and diet, yes. But I believe genes expire after 30. Perhaps you didn't spend a lot of time in the sun when younger and consistently so thereafter. That really helps to maintain beautiful skin after 30, along with the other factors.

poor maintenance is a bit wasted, these mothers had contributed so much to their kids or family that neglected their physical well being .

ah yo, these wedding sales people go to most couple one, they always come up to us or me to to sell too( when non kids around us) once they caught your eyes. Nowadays i see wedding road show, I remind ourselves dun walk past or turn a big round.

agree, shower gel dry n suck up moisture on our face - esp the delicate cheek and mouth areas. i think even a normal brand
                        facial cleanser is better
