What do they do? Plant some bug inside?

That's what I want to know too! I don't like people playing around with our PCs actually, so I would like to be told exactly what they will do. I plan to call and ask before I let them do anything!

configured the laptop to the requirements that the course required. hubby tried to do it at home but had problems doing so...after several tries, he got fed up and brought the unit to get it configured by trained personnel in the poly. they waited in the auditorium while it was being configured.

Actually, no. It was mostly done last Monday in a big rush. She already has a fairly new laptop, so we will just need to get it configured at some point. RP had a mobile medical unit on hand, so she did her checkup on the spot. We just filled a lot of forms and handed them in, and she was given her student ID card too. The other thing she needs to do is apply for her EZlink card next month so she can buy the concession pass.

lots of forms to be filled up. son still waiting for the sms to apply for the ezlink card. i didn't know there are so many things to do before poly starts. we got the laptop on the first day of the road show as his mac book doesn't meet the specs of his course and had to get it configured another day (that took up a few hours).
also got him some tops and jeans.

Which macbook did your son buy that does not meet the specs of his course requirement or it's his existing macbook doesn't meet the specs.

son's macbook has been with him for a few years. all the engineering courses require non-macbooks except school of design.
