Such heavy rain! I was going to go out and post a letter and dump some recycling in the bins, but luckily hadn't left when it started raining. Isn't it a strange time of year for such heavy rain almost every day?
The NEA website provided an explanation for the recent daily rain.
I do not understand the technicalities but at least I am assured there is an explanation
