DSA 2017

sometimes I think we need to count our chances (like this) before we submit for DSA. Try finding out more before you apply to avoid unwanted disappointment, sometimes it’s not about the talent…

hmm… then is there an exclusive they look at for music or performing arts/ band?

It's always not about the talent per se.... :siam: -
well lets be more positive but no harm finding out your chances for DSA…
All the best to all DSA’ers 2017 -
Agree. If no clear factors against having a chance, give your child a try but counsel to get child to understand possible consequences. It’s the process of learning to try & give off their best. No effort, no gain. But the gain cld be just an exercise of doing up their profile or practicing for a good conversation at interviews. Results may not be immediate.

Hi all, may I know which school should my girl apply for DSA? She has been an athlete (short distance), top 5 at national level for past 3 years and academic results above 80% consistently. Thank all.

Did she get any invitations to apply from schools during nationals? Schools like Cedar, NYGH and St Nick's have scouts at these events. Anyway these are some of the achools stronger in track -
For nan yang girls no need waste time.
School mentioned u must really have talent in music nor just knowing that few exam pieces -
Does any one knows which school recognises Weiqi for DSA? Thank you!

Hi, sorry, first time PSLE Mom, I have very limited info re DSA. I have a question: for achievements without certificate, for example those with trophies or medals, how should we prepare the evidence? Photo? Thanks so much. :thankyou:
