For NJC, some of the CCA' s domain like Music, Basketball and Track & Field - the dates have been confirmed & sent out the notification to successful applicants already for the 1st round. Understand from their admin, other CCA domains' dates not confirmed yet. If any parents know any other CCA' s dates, kindly update as well. NOW start to feel butterfly in my stomach... :scared: ..

I see, so those who didn't receive notification for music, basketball and track & field means not successful at all? My friend's son applied for basketball but has not received any notification yet....

LadyLady, does your son has good music achievements and strong school results? Wondering how they shortlist students for round 1…

All the best to his theory test!

I spoken to the head in charge of dsa on last sat. He told me that if the child do not hv an academics results a range of 80-90s the kid will not likely be selected he meant be it which category the child dsa in.

So ultimately it is the academic that they are looking for isn’t it although the kid dsa via music, leadership, basketball etc?

Thanks Ladylady. The academic range of 80-90s means the average of all 4 subjects to be in the range of 80-90, or that each subject should be in the range of 80-90? That is important because some kids may do very well, like get 90s in 1-2 subjects but don't do very well, say 70s in another 1-2 subjects, and the average can still be in the 80-90 range...
