            Saturday is almost over

I did nothing much except had an afternoon nap
            Doing nothing is ME time?

I think so! Basically, doing anything you feel like, without being disturbed by other people, is Me time. It doesn't have to be \"useful\" or \"productive\". I did some work for about 2 hrs, then the rest of the day I did cross-stitch and read a book! Later I went for a walk with my husband and 1 daughter, and my other girl joined us for dinner out. A nice leisurely Saturday! Tomorrow will be a busy day and an early start, so I'm glad I had today to rest.

I have a tendency to do a lot of things so as not to waste time. I know this is adding stress and bad for my health but this is me
If I do nothing but lazy around, I feel guilty

it depends on my mood...don't know why near my menses, i tend to do more stuff like washing the fans & changing curtains. it's tiring after that, but it feels satisfying.

                    Yes, Janet

By doing more things, I sense accomplished and satisfied
So during ME time, I still do things to keep myself occupied

the fans seem to get dirty so fast. sometimes i don't know which room to start.
and curtains too. bring down, hang up another set and wash. my WM can wash 4 pieces since tab top ones are not heavy.
