Feel quite tired and hubby not at home.Fortunately, the girls are around to lend me a helping hand and take care of me in the absence of their dad.

My mom casually asked me if I wanted to move back to the family home in Malaysia for a while cos my hubby not around.Said no because I wanted the girls to get used to urban living in SG.That's what I left my job for.
FF said your older twin has become more mature after knowing she will be a big sister. Happy for you. Younger one still sticky to daddy. How many months pregnant are you now? Can your mum come down to help you since you are busy coaching girls in their work but you are feeling tired most of the time?

I am 4 months pregnant now and feeling tired/lethargic half the time.My wife got to go back to Malaysia for 2 weeks and she is worried for me.Hence she asked me if I wanted to move back to Malaysia at least until November. She could also stay for the rest of the year.

Trained zehzeh to do simple housework but DD2 refuses to learn saying that Daddy excused her from doing so.Got told off by zehzeh and not happy about it.

My ILs asked me if I wanted to take the 2 girls and fly to Australia with them to stay at their farm.Hubby refused to let me fly.

Older twin is really mature at 11. But younger one has middle child syndrome. She is daddy’s girl and it is tough. FF has to travel often. Can grandma help advise her? Looks like you would have to step in. I am the bad guy at home…but no choice since I have been a SAHM all these years. Hubby tends to spoil younger one. But I have reminded him spoiling her is not going to do her any good.

Hubby can behave like he is at work with training soldiers when he is angry. When he does that, the whole house is hushed.Remembered the 2 girls kept questioning him why he raised his voice at me after he was overly harsh with me once.

I will have to remind him,mom and aunty to advise younger girl to be more sensible. She listens to my aunty,my mom and my MIL too.She will listen to zehzeh too cos she is the follower and not the leader. My husband's word is like an emperor's edict and she usually obeys in order to avoid being thrown into the cold palace.

I dont think I will be a SAHM for long.I already miss the daily routine of being in school on the first day being at home.

              huiwen,
your twins just started home schooling. after working for so many years, you do deserve to take it easy and spend time to bond with the older girls before the newborns arrive. at 4 months, if your tummy isn't very big, maybe you can go out with the girls for lunch. you have 2 'bodyguards' beside you.

My eldest girl knows how to hold my hand when we go to the minimart downstairs and walk slowly with me on the instructions of Daddy.Younger girl walks on the other side and watches me carefully.

Study time is next on the line for them later haha. They are doing their daily Bible reading now.

From what I see, they are able to do the assessment books that dad bought for them with some silly mistakes here and there.

WE time instead of ME time with my girls.

They did their work properly and perfectly so I decided to bring them out to have lunch at Causeway Point, the library to read/borrow their favourite books and shop at NTUC for a bit of groceries.

By using dad’s money of course.

The standard for Maths syllabus here is quite advanced. The Science answering methods over there is partly in Malay.

I had been through the primary school system there and the SG method is definitely superior. The school that they used to attend did not teach them to draw models in problem solving.

I did inform my principal that I will be going back to school teaching eventually.
