I like the blood bank at Westgate. The ambience is nice. I don't donate blood regularly though; maybe once or twice a year
The blood we see when we have a cut is bright red. The blood drawn from the vein is deeper in colour; liver colour
Anyway, I take it as a good deed done today
Is the needle used very fine? I have hypothyroidism...each time I need to get blood drawn for test, the lab technician can't find the vein. As I am on long term medication, I don't think my blood will be accepted. Otherwise it is good to donate blood. -
