Anyone with HCI WL or heard those WL but not converted ?

Yes, my DS WL is not being converted in HCI. Any chance of appealing?

Once PSLE results is out, it will be the main (and only) determinant. You can appeal if his t-score meets the school’s COP.

During the briefing at HCI, the P said if you put HCI as first choice and if it didn't get converted, you can appeal provided the kid marks meet their COP.

But seriously if the boy's psle score is above their COP, where bother to appeal? Just go thru S1 posting and he will be accepted anyway.

Exactly! Now you go in with your own say, not tie to any DSA subjects or sports whatsoever, suka suka still can drop the subject/sport if not happy

Perhaps the P meant the COP for 2016. Though I think appeal must be done before S1 submission deadline. The school probably has to finalize DSA WL conversion to CO to MOE before S1 submission.

I am sure he quoted as a general guide. The school has already finalised those WL before PSLE result and all the kids already know if their WL has been converted or not when they received their results.

But it seems strange to me that this year, since HCI does not have WL1 and WL2, and given a smaller pool of WL, compared to last year, some boys did not get their WL conversion.

Does anyone know the cut-off for Express this year? I’ve a friend whose DS got a CO through sports but T-score 186, only qualifies for NA, so lost the CO. Any one has appealed for such cases before?

Express Cut off is usually 188, the school probably only has Express stream so lost the CO
