Our DS don't always move in sync with us though! Better start early coz u hv Christmas holiday coming & before u know it, u might regret not much done ' new term arrives. They'll hv a hard time coming to ground fr floating in holiday moods. Very quickly, you won't want to hv surprises of CA1 outcome. Your child will still be oblivious u till school teacher alert them to our in effort (that is hopefully DS gets an educator with a heart to teach well & I don't mean just criticize or berate those with less than appealing scores).

Come to this private KSP mum space to throw out all that is happening. If I don't appear, I'm sure laughingcat will still hv her ears & shoulders for you. Once in while, you might get a veteran mum like janet88, imp75 or others journey with you.
Yeah, you are right! Trying to get my DS to do some revision of the P5 topics so can close the gaps and work on his area of weakness. Im sure when sch begins, he will be extremely bz and might not hv time to do much extras. Time is extremely precious now.

But I do feel guilty for making him study this hols. Since P1, my DS has always enjoyed the full term 4 hols doing everything he wanted without hvg to study. He has never had tuition until 2 mths before SA2 this yr.
I believe in balance and a child has to hv time for himself. I know many parents who are not doing anything this hols to prepare their DC for PSLE. This makes me feel tt Im too pushy and kiasu :scared:
Good to know tt there are experienced parents here to share their experiences and listen or rather read my rants :please:

I go 2019 PSLE thread to get some stress. It's moving so fast and 2018 was not moving at all. Lately, it finally 慢慢热闹起来 :rahrah:

We also started the revision. But we also have play time as well. So balance out.
