Looking at the registration and withdrawal process during P1 Registration, need both parent original NRIC.
So challenging! Feeling the stress now. -

Since you can’t clock the required PV hours, you are most likely not eligible for Phase 2B.
Unless you stay within 1km of Kong Hwa, you don’t really have a decision to make as your only options are RVPS (Phase 2A) or one of those schools near you (Phase 2C). Kong Hwa will most definitely ballot within 1km for Phase 2C. -
Hi @floppy. Thanks for your advice. If i have clock in the required Pv hours. There’s no guarantee my girl can go into Kong Hwa as well. Will e percentage be higher ?

There is no such thing as guaranteed. If there are more Phase 2B applicants than Phase 2B vacancies, there will be balloting involved.
Historically, Kong Hwa has conducted balloting for Phase 2B in some of the years. Unless you live within 1km of Kong Hwa, you will have to accept the risk that you may not get a chance should balloting occurs. -

there is no guarantee of entry into the school at 2B. however, in the case of balloting and child is balloted out, he/she will be given higher priority on the wait list. with dragon year kids registering next year, have a backup plan. -
Thanks for your reply. No choice I have to travel to RVPS .
