Aw.....thanks. I will let her know. She is just one of 7 PSL/Prefects assigned to 1O. She had to skip classes to orientate Sec 1. Unfortunately, I think her job ended already. Else your daughter can help me tekan her. Hehe :evil:

There are 2 different girls, both have different concern.


One who scored high end of 25x applied for O level, as she prefer the structured O level curriculum : as she herself not sure if she know how to study or handle IP curriculum herself, as she doesnt want to rely on external IP tuition as her family background not rich & also she not sure to what extent (little or much) the (Y1 to Y4) IP Teachers here in Cedar teach per subject, so she prefer to thread cautiously, while another scored 269 applied for IP.

The one who scored 269, who applied for IP : her mom heard that in certain IP schools, they put (all geppers together with high scorers from Mainstream), in the same Sec 1 class. Since two parents (tyeogh & another parent) clarify that this doesn't happen in Cedar, the mom feel relieved that Sec 1 class allocation in Cedar is random allocation.

Hi phtthp, did you check with your friend about her dd class? My DD mentioned that some geppers(from her primary school) are in the same IP class. But not sure whether the rest of the girls in the same class are all high scorers??

Does the IP yr 1 students need to bring science ,Geo textbooks to school ?the txtbooks are very heavy to carry .
