    16yo commit suicide after O levels result

        There was nothing mentioned about O levels result in the news. Just that he is 16 years old - can be a current Sec 4 student too, though highly possible link to O levels as today is O levels result release day.


        Maybe it would be good for parents to prepare kids for major national result release - assure them that there are many different paths they can take ahead, life is not about result only, whatever is the result you love them and they need to be resilient to move forward with life despite any setback…

        RIP.

          This is so apt after someone shared the crazy intense revision schedule in PSLE2019group just to prep for PSLE. *sigh*......never ending. When are we going to learn...... :faint:

              every kid’s life is precious.

              we want kids to do well for psle/o levels but parents have to know not to go beyond that line. sure, it’s hard to find that grey line of balance.

                Am not referring to any case but a general statement: some people are fighting hard to live while others just give up living with ease

                  OMG! My son felt so bad after getting his raw L1R5 of 8… honestly i felt he could have achieved more. but really,…it could’ve been worse… be thankful for life out there !!!
