Quick Summary
Scambook.com is currently under investigation by the Attorney General in the USA for fraudulent trading. The FBI have received thousands of complaints from both companies and consumers about their activities and there has also been an investigative report which has been televised by NBC Chicago News. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has issued a red alert against the company and two of the original founding members have since left the company....
Any complaints or comments posted on Scambook will be retained on file for future reference and could be used as evidence against both Scambook and against consumers personally if it is clear that comments made are defamatory. You could be an accessory to blackmail if you receive any payments through Scambook and any false complaints could lead to charges or perjury under US law. Please remember that even if you have registered anonymously on Scambook your identity can be traced through your email address and IP address....

From the lawyer's investigations, it would say that the majority of alleged complaints made on Scambook are either false, or have been made anonymously and cannot be verified. -
One of the biggest difference between A levels and IB would be the:
1. Choice of schools (+ fees) --> IB schools are more expensive
2. Eventual path (i.e. local vs international schools) --> IB students are able to use their grades to enter overseas schools more easily as IB is a common exam taken in many countries, unlike SG A levels which are slightly different
3. Curriculum --> IB is said to focus on critical thinking more than rote learning which is common in singapore schools
