Any (slightest) idea when will A Level results be released ? Do schools allow parents to go with DCs to collect results ? Thanks..
IFF, I didn’t go to DD’ s school when she collected her results 2 years ago. She didn’t allow me to go. All I did was to wait for her to text me her grades. Very nerve wrecking n I hv to go through one more time next month. -
why would any parent want to hover around when the youths are catching up with one another and with the teachers? With mobile devices, the results will be transmitted at a blink of an eye.

I think whether results are good or bad, the children will hv to face it themselves. They will emerge stronger from the experience.

That's if the child remembers to send the news! In all the excitement, parents may have to wait longer? The only reason I would even consider going is so I can get the news sooner. I won't go - I agree that I will only be in the way, but I hope my daughter will remember her parents waiting by their phones! -

I heard of a parent who went to video the kid receiving his results. :rotflmao: -
I wonder what are the changes to the COP for JCs 2018 intake which will be released today. Anyone has the link please, to satisfy my curiosity?

I am wondering too. It seems that cop probably didn’t change much (as in posting result I heard so far isn’t surprising and in line with last year’s trend). -

Do you mean those who have applied with net score above last year's COP are still being rejected?
