      buds arhhh,

You want healthy alternatives ... try naturally dried fruits, for one, in place of sweet stuff, they really help lah ....

You just eat to your contentment lah ... must be happy happy happy πŸ˜„

Can lose weight while breastfeeding πŸ˜„

Yes happy happy eating but never happy with hard at the losing.. :politebleah:

As for losing weight breastfeeding, well.. that's what they
say will help in all the books and sites and what nots but
not really.. i breastfed DD2 like 2 and a half years.. all i got
was still a round flabby tummy, a worse off figure and also
prolonged lethargy.. sigh. I gained till 72kg thereabouts
when i had DD2. My actual pre-pregnancy weight is any
        where between 47kg and 50kg. 😒

I'm not going to think about it now laa.. yup, will just
eat. Now... let the cravings begin. :rubhands:

Eh, we should have hugged more than day.. let it rub off on u more. :hugs:

                  buds:
Tks jedamum. You pretty much nailed it on my behalf.

9.5 years gap with DD1 and 7.5 years gap with DD2.
Yap.. pretty drastic as far as that calculation goes.
It's ok! about the same as my hubby and his two sisters (younger). They get along great! Although of course when they are younger the two older ones didn't really want her tagging along.

But you get a baby to cuddle all over again! I think she might make you feel young - my MIL and youngest SIL are really close and I think the latter sayangs the mother most. πŸ™‚
