Anyone knows how to qualify as SCB Priority Banking Client?

I think having min 200k with SCB even in the form of mortgage loan counts. -
I may be wrong, I think in Mar, it was 1.45% for 10mth (???)
Now is 1.45% for 12mth.
I don’t know which is a better offer. -
