I get full marks (I still have my report book to show 100/100) for my P6 Prelims for Science, so it is possible to get full marks for Science. Those days I read the Science \"Teacher's Guide\" so I am ahead of the others.

Last year, my student gets 3A* (E/M/S) and B (Mother Tongue), his aggregate is only 240, go to neighbourhood sec school only.

Here are some observations after 3 exams:

P1 SA1
Honeymoon exam, all subjects full marks seem possible even with Oral

P1 SA2
More serious exam, score full marks for 3 papers still possible but getting tougher.

P2 SA1 onwards
Languages impossible to score full marks anymore with all components added up, only Maths possible.

Is this true of your school?

any data in mind what is the probability to get full marks for all subjects for the above levels?

Why not?

Believe quite a handful, with some worse than a B grading. Otherwise, you will not heard of parents pressuring the Minister to reduce the weightage of MT.

The minister made such a 'big' mistake in announcing the reduction in the weightage and then retracting his words.

You will need to work hard on your 'B'. Practice makes perfect.

Actually I don't know. But my thinking is that full marks at lower primary is required because the teachers want to ensure the children build their foundation well so trick questions would be rare. So every subject there should be a fair number of kids with full marks at that level. As they move up the levels I expect this becomes tougher but just want to determine when it starts to be truly difficult to score full marks every subject for most schools.

Thanks Ruyu. I am talking about report book marks which is 100 marks for each subject. Written paper for languages is still possible to score full marks but it is the overall which is broken down into so many components. Maths expected can still do 100 cos it is objective paper so is science I assume though I am not exposed to science yet for this generation's marking scheme.

Thanks but this is irrelevant to us. Plus I am seeking past experiences of parents who have kids in higher levels now to understand the trend.
But this is not critical info just sharing my observation of our school's experience.
