Most likely they are PVs at the school. Poor PVs who have put in much time and effort and don’t even have a chance at the ballot. They will have to do the appeal route. I heard that’s happening to the PVs at St Hilda’s.

[/quote]St Nics outright reject PV applicants staying outside 1km and there are only 8 sets of PVs for this year's 2B. Those 2+2 are Catholics/GRLs.

But for Dragon year, the chances are very good! Only 23 fight 21 seats.

Last year all in under 2km no ballot. Was hoping this year due to dragon year at least all in under 1km no ballot. Wishful thinking indeed...
