Hi parents,
Does any1 of you register Yuminβs student care (big heart) for 2019 P1?
How was Big Heart student care?
Their pick up time is only applicable hourly, which is very inconvenient for parent want to pick up anytime. Anyway can make them re-consider this practice? this is turn me down to put my gal in their student care! :S -

My P2 girl will be new to the student care next year. During briefing, the in-charge explained that the hourly pickup is actually an improvement from previously when the kids were only send out last couple of hours.Hi parents,

For security reason, they can't keep allowing parents to go in to pickup. It will be disrupting to send the kids out more frequently.
I think every half hourly is good enough even if it's not the most convenient. But if you're going to always pick up at a fixed time that is not the designated pickup timing, I'm sure it can be arranged. You can speak to the in-charge
For me, having a huge compound to move around and carry out activities far outweighs the inconvenience of hourly pickup. Can't have it all. -

Now they improve after many parent complaint. add another 5.30pm pickup time.
But there is another concern rise out during briefing.
They will not supervisors the school home work, anything student unsure and raise up for help, they will just noted down com-book, and school teacher will be the one need to take note and guide them again, or else parent need to take noted and teach by them-self.
To me, I felt they might just serve like nanny, and might worst than nanny
Anyway, just try for 2mths, will see how.
The only adv is in school, for child safety, no choice to choose them, otherwise, will definitely out from my choice!
P/S: due to some timing briefing arrange unmatch my schedule and their lousy service, I wrote an email to school for complaint!
I hope school would change to other student care like Pro-teach, or any other student care center.
But anyway only 1 alone it won't work..... i know

for my son i'm just give him $2 only -
Thanks for replying. Iβm giving her $3 as a start but from the past 3 days, seems that $2 is more than enough as she seems to only spend about (max) $1.50 per day.
