Numbers as expected for Day 1.
Day 3 suddenly <1km will all surge in the afternoon.

Maybe they didn't even know their chance is ZERO. Only registered & go off to work etc & assuming they will get a ballot chance. Same thing happened to my fren who is a first timer to P1 reg last year. The sch admin didn't call them to tell them they have zero chance.. in fact, sch admin told them the sch has no obligations to call them about it. They have to monitor it themselves...

Yup for 1st timers or parents who never read up KSP forums will never know all these unwritten rules or guidelines...

Some sch admin will be kind enough to call parents to alert them not to waste their 2C chance.
Some sch admin don't even want to reveal the breakdown stats of the registration. And kept saying they can't reveal....
