        I was hoping to get the breakdown of applicant by distant.. want to find out if we need to ballot...

            No need to wait till next week, tomorrow you can check on MOE's page. It will show the distance required for balloting.

                  Based on past phases it was in the morning/midday. Schools will call respective parents who will fall under balloting.

                      Anybody has any news with regards to the registration? Does SC require balloting? Its almost 2pm but MOE have not update their website.

                        I rang this morning, the customer service said between 12-2pm. But still not yet.
