MOE website should be most accurate as of yesterday.
balloting has been conducted for SC all these years less than 1km.

looks like cantonment and gan eng seng will be flooded during 2CS.
2CS is not first-come-first-serve right? how are seats allocated if the SCs exceed again within 1km?

Same process as 2C right? balloting....if SCs exceed within 1km...then only those SCs within 1km get to ballot. In which case, I'm in trouble >_<

same process again? this is already 2CS. how would parents know which schools are safe to register at this stage? once they miss it, it will be phase 3 which is for non SC/PR already.

Yes same rules up to P2CS. If miss in P2CS again, MOE will help to facilitate the posting to a school which still has vacancies.
