It wont be exactly at 8am. The SMSes are sent out in batches.... parents can expect the results between 8am - 8.30am based on feedback from phase 2B.8am...guess parents will be making sure their mobile phones are just beside them 2moro.

nervous ?
is the same jittery, uncertain feeling, like those P6 students awaiting for S1 posting results : keen to know which Secondary school MOE had posted them to, based on T-score cut-off -

Better make sure NOBODY calls at that time or else when the SMS comes in you can’t read and will scream at the caller (even if its your boss) LOL

I remember hubby reboot his mobile phones and made sure the sms tone is set to the loudest. -

There are other parameters such as twins / triplets. -

Think this had more to do with the 30 months rule rather than less girls. Most parents due to the 30 months rule, move within proximity to co-ed schools or where there are all boys & girls schools.zac's mum:
Seems like this year MGS not so “hot”? Balloting for SC 1-2km, meaning SC <1km all in.
Some people speculated that its because its a christian sch and dragon girls are not as popular as the boys
12yrs ago, also a similar scenario at mgs.
Either way, im more than happy. LOL -
I am under phase 2B, the sms came in around 8.05am…and the rest of them receive between 8-830am.
There was one parent, didn’t receive any sms from MOE about the balloting results…she called the school, and school claimed that they don’t know. So she called MOE from morning till evening, nobody can give her an answer…terrible!
End up the next day, she received a letter from school informing her that they managed to secure a seat in the school.
So in case you didn’t receive any sms, all successful applicants should receive a letter from sch and they will inform u the date for orientation.
Good luck everyone!
