Hi can someone recommend higher Chinese tuition for my Acsi year 2 son? Preferably vincinity as close to Acsi as possible......

You might want to try 华艺学院 behind West Coast CC (opp West Coast Plaza), on the side towards Sheng Siong, btwn the Peranakan restaurant & Indian restaurant.

There're a few ACSI boys doing HCL but not sure if they've Yr2 students. I've never asked.

The centre's 刘老师's older boy is very accomplished bi-lingually, now in RI. Younger boy still with Nan Hua.

Any idea when the DSA results will be announced?

Latest is 31st Aug.

I understand there are only 3 possibilities. Conditional, Waiting list or Rejected.

Conditional and Rejected is pretty straightforward but what does WL mean?

And what are the chances of entering via LEADERSHIP domain?

SBS Transit (Singapore)recently announced a route change to Bus Service 14 which currently operates from Clementi Interchange to Bedok Interchange, passing by multiple schools along Dover Road. The route change includes the skipping of the bus stops of the schools (Fairfield Pri & Sec, New Town Sec, ACSI, Spore Poly & SIT & NUS-U-Town) along Dover Road, including ACSI.

CO - Confirm Offer
WL - Waiting List (this is next in line offer)

Usually the sch has their list of those WL & rank them. Only when some students did not take up the COs, then the 1st on WL gets their chance to convert their WL to a CO list only if you put the sch as 1st choice in your DSA Option Form.

The sch WL ranking is not visible to any parents.

ACSI DSA was out on 17 Aug. There was a talk last Tues 21 Aug where the kids receive the letters for CO and WL…
