Aren't you wasting your application?
With 11 vacancy and 29 registration as of yesterday, I would assume most, if not all, are < 1km.
Would suggest you contact the school to find out about the latest stats while you can. If you need to reapply elsewhere, you still have time. -

Going through old posts, seems like end Oct we will receive letter regarding on orientation details plus class assignment.

I would like to check the P1 book for 2019 is it the same as current year P1. If same, any parent who has girl in P1 now can sell to me? I have twins, hope to save a little bit from here.

I think you need to wait for 2019 P1 booklist to be posted to confirm if using the same book as 2018.
Are your gals identical or fraternal twins? Would be interesting if identical and both in same class.
