Maybe, near Lam Soon building if you are familiar with Hillview.

            I wish I can print $$.

I am keen on a FH small unit (ie 1 bedder or max 2) and small development near MRT.

with leasehold properties depreciating to zero value, buyers should think carefully before buying now.

condos are so expensive…money has become so small that millions is like thousands. prices of freehold now will also shoot up.
I wish I have a money tree which I can shake and give me cash.

The price of the leasehold property which I bought in 2015 has increased by 30 per cent. Although the location is quite ulu. When I bought it, everyone was telling me prices were high and that I should not buy.

                    Cloud,

                    You've shared a ver honest observation & it's true.

It's OK to buy if Mkt price dictates & for own stay. But to invest, then hv to weigh affordability & buffer in case for some reason can't finance mortgage loan. Those can buy fully paid then go ahead. Property will raise but risks are there.

Some young ppl over-commit thinking jobs always there to support mortgage loan & prizes will reap them a windfall. These days such windfall ard rare unless we've a economic crisis. There - risks.

Previously I attended one property seminar where the speaker shared his analysis that for some areas, 99yr leasehold properties prices appreciated faster than FH properties. However, he did not go on to share what would happen to LH properties after 20 years. So DH suspected that it would be easier to make money out of LH properties only for the first 20yrs of the lease??

The next seminar I have signed up for is, Ways to transfer your private properties to someone else (example, your children) by trust/gift/will etc

I see lesser visitors to Mont Botanik and wonder how is the sale.
