DS and a few of his friends went back on Monday since they had no school that day. He came back and told me there is an excellent Jap stall at the canteen now.

went Chinatown People’s Park Centre with ah boy to explore the shops, ended up at PS Spotlight.

So nice to hv kids feeling relaxed & wanna bake with me. Teaching my new Double Chocolate Jiggly Japanese Cheesecake & then special request to show them how pizza dough done fr scratch. Waiting for dough to proof. Cake in the bake now

So nice! My rental place doesn’t have a baking oven. I can’t wait to move to a permanent house and get a proper kitchen with oven so I can start baking again!
Since it’s school hols, I allowed DS to open his new Lego Technic set and start building. While I sit on the sofa and shake leg heehee. -

If u really wanna keep up with yr baking skills for yr DS, u can still do so. Just get a simple portable one. I took my portable to Mynmar when I train the girls in baking. Left if there so I can do pizza next time for the missioners next trip. -
went to OG to get the electric steamer.
lots of walking today. from tangs to OG orchard, crossed the road to orchard central and walk back to taka to get the 美心 egg rolls. I am crazy over this.
didn’t install a sliding door at the kitchen…so when I steam anything, the fire is affected by the wind from the living room and service yard. it takes a longer time and waste of gas. -
Eventually on DH’s request we baked HK Egg Tarts last nite instead. Made 24 last nite & I gave my neigbor 6 right out of oven.
This morning wanted to take pics of the egg tart my kids made last nite but everything was gone!
No time to bake as my outing day to gallivant Orchard today. -

i'm surprised the OG sale wasn't packed yesterday. mum said it was like a snake queueing to enter last year.
very happy with the purchase of my electric steamer because I don't have to worry about the wind affecting the gas. -
Had a wonderful lunch & got all the nec stuff kids were asking for, sorted my banking & getting new stationery now. Orchard not crowded now but guess will be once office crowd comes in. Will wantvto hit home asap to rest my bodyaches.
