Have been really busy and stopped reading bedtime stories to my DD (K1) for quite a while. Last night, thought I should stop being slack and took out 2 storybooks and put them on the bed before going to make her milk. Passed by the bookshelf and saw another interesting book, took it out and returned to the bedroom to add one more to the small pile. My DD, (she was playing in the bedroom) upon seeing that, exclaimed happily while I was returning to the kitchen:

DD: Yoohooo...can learn so many things!
            Me: Chuckled.

My DS wanted me to help him with his Lego..

DS: Come on mummy, move those paws!
              Me: Whut?

Then I remembered he is a Geronimo Stilton book fan :faint:

Actually when I first read Geronimo to my DS, I was concern over DS being confused by some of the chaged words or phrases.

My 2 1/2 yo DD was very clingy to me today, refused to even let me go to the toilet to release. When I told her "Mummy gotta go cos it’s very urgent." Guess what she said: "Mummy, do you have training pants on? You can pee in it." :!:

Her innocent words made me laugh - so funny, yet so adoring!
